Founded in 2005 in London, Ontario, Canada; STEP was formed when two software developers set out to build a different type of tech company, one that put passions ahead of profits. The mission was simple: translate complex business challenges into elegant, easy to use, high-performance software, by hiring the smartest, most passionate developers around.

Over the years we have worked with some of the world’s greatest companies and have solved some of their most frustrating software problems.
